Before you come
How it works.
The ID document is mandatory
Colombian law requires every guest to be registered with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. That's why we need each person's ID document before the booking is confirmed, and you must show it at reception when you check in. Without that registration the accommodation cannot be handed over.
