National Tourism Registry
Casa Mare provides tourist accommodation services and is entered in the National Tourism Registry under number 114160, in accordance with Law 300 of 1996 and its implementing rules.
The RNT number appears in the footer of every page on this site and can be verified on the National Tourism Registry portal.
Purpose of the site
This website provides information about the accommodation, its amenities, its surroundings and its stay conditions, and lets you get in touch to check availability.
Enquiries sent from the site do not constitute a booking. A booking is only closed when the host expressly confirms it and the registration requirements described below have been met.
Stay conditions
The accommodation admits a maximum of three guests. Check-in takes place between 3:00 and 11:00 p.m. using a smart lock, and checkout before 11:00 a.m.
- Each guest's ID document must be sent before the booking is confirmed, for registration with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
- The document must be shown at the building's reception desk at check-in.
- Only registered guests may enter the accommodation. Visitors are not allowed.
- The building's shared areas have their own hours: rooftop jacuzzi and BBQ from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with prior booking at reception, and gym from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, Casa Mare brand and original photographs on this site are protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982 on copyright and by Andean Decision 351 of 1993.
Reproduction, distribution or public communication without the owner's written permission is not authorised, other than ordinary linking to the site.
Liability
The owner strives to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but is not liable for typographical errors or for changes to schedules, building services or third-party conditions outside their control.
The travel times shown in the "The area" section are approximate, measured by car without traffic, and may vary with the time of day and the season.
Consumer protection
This relationship is governed by the Colombian Consumer Statute, Law 1480 of 2011. Requests, complaints and claims may be sent to the email address above and are handled within the deadlines that law sets.
The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce is the competent authority for consumer protection and personal data protection in Colombia.
Applicable law
This website and the services it describes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Colombian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
